Don Julio 1942® is a small batch ultra-premium Añejo tequila, named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. It is aged for at least 30 months in American white-oak resulting in a remarkably smooth and complex taste. Don Julio 1942® is made with the distillate from Pot Still No. 6, which produces only three barrels per cycle. Presented in an elongated bottle intricately designed after the agave leaf.
